Step 1 Online Application and Application Fee

• Online Application: Complete the Online Application for Bais Chana Teens. Have your credit card ready to pay your $50 non-refundable Application Fee. Once you submit the online application, you will be directed to the payment form.

• Application Fee: Make sure to indicate which teen session you’re applying to.

Step 2 Arrange Payment and Secure Your Place

• Arrange Payment*: The final forms include program fees and payment information. Pay in full now, either by check or credit card, or contact our office at 718.604.0088 to arrange deferred payment.

• Secure your place: Click here to download final forms and instructions for the last step of the registration process. To secure your place on the program, you must mail in the final forms within 2 weeks before the program starts.

Please use the checklist on the front page of the final forms to make sure your application is complete, then send it with payment to the address below.
