Payment and Cancellation

Registration and Application Fee
Unless otherwise stated all retreats applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable $50 registration and application fee.

Payment Policy
For a retreat reservation to be confirmed 50% of the full payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Full payment to be completed 7 days prior to retreat start date. If necessary, deferred payments and financial assistance may be arranged by contacting our New York office at 718.604.088 or emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Rates always include hotel accommodations and amenities (i.e., fitness room, pool, etc.), all classes and workshops, and three meals daily.

Childcare can be arranged for an extra charge. (Rates vary with retreats.)

Onsite spas charge extra for their services.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 30 days from your date of arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations received 30 days or less from your date of arrival, will be refunded at 50% of the total fees. Registration and application fees are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy for Israel Trip
Cancelled reservations received on or before April 1 will be refunded less $100 per person. Cancellations received after April 1 and before April 15th will be refunded 50% of the total payments. After May 1 payments are not refundable. To protect your investment please purchase travel insurance.
